I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Washington State University, and am a certified family nurse practitioner. My love is to help people foster wellness in their lives: through healthy living, adventure, and practicing habits that nurture growth.

My career has spanned clinical chemistry, ICU nursing, primary care clinic management, nephrology nursing, internal medicine primary care, and home based primary care.

I am a Washington native, who cannot hike enough through mountains, temperate rainforests, and down a wilderness beach. I love to travel and experience the beauty of people all over the world. My garden is my happy place, where I get to witness life do its thing.
